FORTUNE VTURN-36:

Don't be fooled by its rugged exterior, this lathe may look all brawn and no brain, but this muscle bound wonder while not only capable of cutting deep can also produce a smooth surface finish that leaves others far behind. Indeed its finishing accuracy has lead this machine to become a favorite of alloy wheel manufacturers. Further to this the 2 speed gearbox offers high torque at low speeds to enable cutting of hard and wide ranging materials. With a maximum spindle power of 37kW available, no job is too hard. So whether its aluminium wheel machining or hard stainless steels this machine sees no difference.

FORTUNE VTURN-46:

Though by far the heavyweight of our Vturn series the Vturn-46 is still as nimble and quick as its smaller brothers.  With over 1.6 metres of longitudinal travel and a maximum turning diameter of 730mm this machine has the largest machining area in its class, far ahead of the rest of the field. Yet still it manages to slash idle time through fast turret indexing and high speed positioning. The slant bed of 60 degrees gives easy operator access to both the tooling and the chuck and helps to reduce set-up times while the double door opening leaves plenty of access to the machining area.
